Education is a key component of our overall promotion of turkey meats. We believe
that it is important to provide valuable information on the health and nutrition
benefits of turkey but also to provide basic understanding of the production aspects
as well.
Keeping this in mind we have produced publications that will be of interest to
consumers and educators alike. These teacher resource booklets give appropriate
information suitable to either the primary or high school level student.
