In a large non-stick fry pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion. Saute 2-3 minutes, until onions are transparent.
Add turkey and saute for 5-7 minutes, mixing well and crumbling turkey as it cooks. When meat is no longer pink inside, lower heat to medium and add salsa and seasonings. Stir to blend all flavors and heat thoroughly.
